My story
I'm Stephany, an international transition coach
My background
For more than 15 years, I have worked in demanding multicultural environments alongside leaders, teams and global organizations. I have designed and led leadership development, talent development and experiential learning programs, while supporting multicultural teams through the challenges of communication, collaboration and adaptation in constantly evolving environments. My career has taken me across executive education, institutional and diplomatic settings, always with a strong focus on people. But long before it became my work, international living was already part of who I am.
It began at the age of five with my first international move.
Since then, it has never left me.
Fluent in French, English and German, I grew up across cultures, languages and different ways of seeing the world. That perspective naturally shapes the way I support others through international transitions.
From Heidelberg to Munich, Athens to Chicago, Paris to Cologne and from Dubai to Antananarivo, Phnom Penh and Amman, each place has left its mark.
The departures. The reinventions. The cultural adjustments. And the return home, sometimes even more challenging than the move itself.
Returning to what matters
I have experienced expatriation at every stage of my life. As a child. As a woman. And later, as a mother. Today, I live in the heart of the Alps with my husband and our daughters. A conscious choice to put down roots. A way of reconnecting with what matters most. Before that, I chose to step away from leadership roles in one of the world's most influential and international cities. Not on impulse, but with intention. A decision shaped over time through reflection, self-discovery, calculated risks and the courage to choose a different path.

My background
Over time, another realization became impossible to ignore. There was a gap. A gap in support for expatriate partners, despite the critical role they play in every international transition. I began to see a paradox. International careers and global mobility are often carefully planned and supported. Yet the people whose presence, adaptability and well-being often make those transitions successful receive far less support. I created the support I never found throughout my own international transitions.
This is where my approach was born. An approach designed for the often-overlooked partners behind expatriation, a form of support that remains rare today. Because behind the idealized image of international mobility lies a quieter reality. Loneliness, careers placed on hold, the loss of familiar reference points, distance from loved ones, mental load and the search for personal and family balance. For you, who support others. For you, who carry so much. Sometimes without recognition. Sometimes to the point of losing sight of yourself.
